Cheap rooms, efficient staff, our stay was perfectly pleasant here. A shower and bath sheets were a plus. Central location very close to bars and shops and nightclubs and Central train station, the Tyne Bridge and many bars/restaurants, it was in a particularly good area. Spent our evenings in nearby The Maven, especially when it was hot outside.

Place was fairly clean, everything was good. Helpful service, although a few employees were kind of rude. The room was comfy and immaculate in general, by the fire alarm at 12pm. Pleasant and comfy location, a short walk to The Stand.

We enjoyed our nice staying. Fantastic value for money, informative staff and lovely beds. Very central location with particularly nice views. Apart from that, belsay hall was 5 minutes' drive away. The room was immaculate and perfect with an electronic key card, a work desk and TV.
